The much-awaited Major team items are available for purchase along with the viewer pass and more.
Valve has released a new update to CS:GO, launching the sales of items related to the IEM Rio Major a little over a week ahead of the start of the tournament on October 31.
The in-game items available for purchase include team and player autograph stickers as well as the viewer pass, which gives people access to the Pick'Em Challenge along with other perks, such as souvenir packages.
The viewer pass can be bought for €10.19, while capsules for the Legends, Challengers, and Contenders cost €0.99 each, both in the case of team capsules and player autograph capsules. They can be bought through the game or in the Steam store.
As has been the case with past Majors, 50% of the proceedings from the Major-related items in the store will go to the teams and players who have qualified for the Rio event. These proceedings amounted to a total of over $70 million combined at the past two Majors, according to Valve.
